Key Responsibilities
Deliver and collect cleaning equipment, supplies, documents, and parcels safely and on time.
Transport cleaning staff, where required, to various client locations.
Pick up and deliver office documents, invoices, quotations, and contracts.
Ensure all deliveries are accurate, secure, and completed within the required timelines.
Maintain the company motorcycle in good working condition and report any faults promptly.
Keep accurate delivery records and obtain proof of delivery where necessary.
Adhere to all traffic rules, company policies, and safety procedures.
Provide professional and courteous customer service while representing the company.
Support the Operations team with any other assigned duties.
