Job Description

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking IT Operations projects and deliverables.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
  • Help coordinate cross-functional meetings, capture action items, and follow up on progress with stakeholders.
  • Assist with resource scheduling and task allocation across IT Operations workstreams.
  • Contribute to risk identification, issue tracking, and escalation processes for active projects.
  • Support vendor coordination and procurement tracking for IT equipment and services.
  • Help maintain IT operational dashboards and project tracking tools.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives within the IT Operations team.
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and IT operational procedures for new team members.

Skills and Experience

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced IT environment
