Job Description

A well established Real estate Company in Nairobi is currently hiring for the above mentioned post. If you're qualified, interested and ready for a challenge, send your updated CV urgently.

Accounting of Sites

Reconciling rent / collection of rent
Raising invoices for service charge / rent
Reconciling expenses and payments
Remitting rent to landlords

Leases

Lease renewal letters to tenants and follow up
Communication with landlords regarding lease renewals
Preparing leases and follow up on lease charges

Rent

Collection of rent
Sending Harsh Letters
Communication with lawyers for Non Payment
Notice to Vacate letters from landlord or tenant

Sites

Site visits
Inspection of houses after tenant has vacated
Quotations for repairs and renovations for sites
Communication with tenant and landlord regarding necessary repairs
Follow up on repairs and final inspection after works are done.
Updating sales team on units that are vacant.

New Projects

Sending proposals to new enquiries
Preparing Contracts / Agreements for new sites
Organizing a new team for new sites and training
Facilitating new services and contracts for the new site

Departmental Issues.

Meetings with the team and updating the director on the department
Sending reports to landlords regarding rent collection and state on the property or any other developments within the premises.
Any other duties required by the department / director.

Qualifications/Experience required:

Degree in Accounting/Finance.
CPA(K), ACCA.
Competency in accounting softwares.
At-least 5 years in a similar capacity.
