Job Description

Our client, a leading mall in Nairobi, is urgently seeking to recruit a strong and dynamic professional to fill the position of Head of Sales and Marketing.

Key Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years' proven experience in managing a sales team within a mall environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Ability to drive sales performance and implement effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the mall’s sales and marketing team.
Develop and execute strategic marketing and leasing plans.
Build strong relationships with tenants and key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maximize mall performance.
Ensure achievement of set sales targets and overall business growth.
