You will report directly to the Director of Global HR Shared Services.

Responsibilities

This will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to develop policies that support the organization's mission while safeguarding against legal risks.
  • Contract Management:Oversee the creation, review, and update of employment contracts, ensuring they meet legal requirements across different jurisdictions.
  • Cross-Country Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams in various countries to ensure consistent application of legal best practices in HR operations.
  • Disciplinary Procedures: Develop and maintain standardized procedures for disciplinary actions across our countries of operation, ensuring legal compliance to due process and fairness to staff.
  • Restructure/Redundancy Procedures: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to roll out restructure programs and manage any redundancies in adherence to local labor law requirements, working closely with legal advisors as necessary.
