Job Description

  • Maintain safe custody of all company assets throughout the shift.
  • Taking orders at the counter and assisting both eat-in and takeaway customers.
  • Ensuring all take-away and eat-in orders are dispensed promptly according to the order docket.
  • Handling customer interactions at various levels of customer touchpoints
  • Assist in service operations by ensuring there is enough cutlery, well folded during the shift, for both take-away and sit-in.
  • Receive branch calls, address any guest concerns, and notify the manager.
  • Assist at the barista counter or at the restaurant.
  • Carry out any other task as may be instructed by superiors.
  • Coordinating and dispatching all eat-in and takeaway orders.
  • Ensure all SOPs are maintained.
  • Ensure aggregator and takeaway orders are well-packed and dispatched correctly.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Ensure that all orders are keyed in before being prepared or dispatched.
  • Arranging the pastry case and ensuring that it is always clean
