Provide safe and high-quality Cardiac and Echo services in line with the hospital policies and procedures.
a. Assists central scheduling with the accurate scheduling of patient appointments.
b. Covers on-call schedule as assigned following departmental procedures.
c. Maintains equipment, including cleaning and disinfecting according to departmental IPC procedures and processes.
d. Identify problems with equipment and notifies appropriate resources for diagnosis and repair and assist with evaluation of new equipment.

c. Ensuring an invoice rejection rate of less than 1 percent by enforcing exclusions, guaranteeing the necessary pre-authorizations and proper documentation and following through with the credit control team.
