KEY PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop strategic plans for strategic partnerships with international private medical insurance channels to drive growth in revenue
• Ensure that product and pricing knowledge is always up-to-date to enable confident interaction with prospects and clients
• Proactively handle all referral sales opportunities from existing customers including fact finding, quotations, follow ups, conversions and reporting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned opportunities, managing communications and expectations throughout the process and develop the partnerships to long-term relationships.
• Develop and manage a credible and effective sales pipeline
• Preparation of proposals and presentation to prospective clients
• Responsible for developing and managing the Company’s international medical insurance offerings including product development and distribution strategies
• Building and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximise value for both parties
• Analysing data and providing regular reports and updates on the portfolio performance status
• Support renewal team in servicing and renewal of accounts of accounts as and when required
• Prepare sales reports as required against the projected target
• Familiarize with the current market conditions and trends
• Advise cover terms to underwriting to enable timely and proper underwriting, set up and claims processing

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field
