i have a diploma in front office operations and 5 years experience working in a busy environment and have strong written and oral communication skills.

at my current jobs as a secretary/administrator , i respond to incoming calls and direct them to the respective departments., i also send emails to clients, supervise the messengers in making sure the reception area is tidy, monitoring office stationery  and making order for replacements, follow up clients to collect their cheques and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
