I graduated  in 2019 August 9 with a Bsc. Human Resource Management. From 9th September 2019 to date I have been working in Tigithi Ward MCA office as an Personal assistant/Secretary

During this period I have able to achieve customer satisfaction and building good image of this office through establishing a customer feedback program that have enabled us to serve our customers needs perfectly.
