We’re looking for a People Partner, in Mombasa to join our Frontline People Organization (FLPO) in our Logistics and Services business. The People Partner is integral to the support of the Delivery Function. Collaborating closely with Leaders, Managers, Employees, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), People Function and the FLPO team, the People Partner is dedicated to implementing our People strategies and programs. Their focus is on enhancing employee success and fortifying the organizational culture within a highly dynamic environment. Leveraging a comprehensive understanding of HR, the People Partner assists Leaders in navigating various people matters and policies, providing coaching and support during a period of significant business transformation.
