A property Management Company is hiring for an experienced administrative assistant. The ideal candidate should be over 25yrs old.
Qualifications & Skills required:
- Diploma in a relevant course.
- Ability to supervise juniors.
- Coordinating activities.
- Drafting correspondence.
- Generating reports and scheduling meetings.
- Providing support to managers.
- Assisting in daily office needs.
- Ensure consistent communication.
- Ability to work long hours including Saturday.
- Good communication skills.
- Organized and team player.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same capacity.
Duty station: Nairobi.
Anticipated start date: Immediately.
