Description

A property Management Company is hiring for an experienced administrative assistant.  The ideal candidate should be over 25yrs old.

 Qualifications & Skills required:

  • Diploma in a relevant course.
  • Ability to supervise juniors.
  • Coordinating activities.
  • Drafting correspondence.
  • Generating reports and scheduling meetings.
  • Providing support to managers.
  • Assisting in daily office needs.
  • Ensure consistent communication.
  • Ability to work long hours including Saturday.
  • Presentable.
  • Friendly.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Organized and team player.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same capacity.

Duty station: Nairobi.

Anticipated start date: Immediately.
